〰️ October's Pink Collagen Smoothie 〰️

1 frozen banana
1 tbsp Feel Iceland marine collagen powder
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tbsp acacia honey
3-4 beetroot capsules (open and use the powder)
1 cup greek yogurt
A few tbsp of almond milk
Ice cubes

1 - Decorate the glass/es with a dash of Greek yogurt and beetroot powder
2 - Add all the ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth. Pour in & enjoy !

Chocolate & Peanut Butter Collagen Pudding with Vanilla Yogurt 🍧 by health chef @janast

A naturally sweetened collagen treat with a bunch of vitamins and goodness 🍃

〰️ Step 1: Prepare the Cocoa Milk

1 frozen banana
3 pitted dates
1 cup plant-based milk
1 tbsp Feel Iceland Amino Marine Collagen Powder
1 tsp cocoa powder (crushed)
1 tsp peanut butter
A dash of cinnamon

◻️ Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
◻️ Pour the "cocoa milk" into a glass/container, choose ones that can be closed with a lid.

〰️ Step 2: Mix into the Cocoa Milk

3 tbsp chia seeds
1/3 cup oatmeal
2 tbsp hemp seeds

◻️ Stir well with a spoon.
◻️ Store in the fridge for a few hours or overnight.

〰️ Step 3: Prepare the Vanilla yogurt

1 cup lactose-free greek yogurt
1 tbsp Feel Iceland Amino Marine Collagen powder
1 tsp vanilla
2 tsp maple syrup

◻️ Mix well together.
◻️ Pour into beautiful glasses; start with the chocolate pudding, then vanilla yogurt, then again chocolate pudding
◻️ Top with a bit of vanilla yoghurt, cocoa powder, cacao nibs or try it with your favorite topping.

• Collagen & Matcha breakfast pudding •
a delicious nutrient-rich recipe by health chef @janast

〰️ Ingredients
1/4 cup chia seeds
2 tbsp hemp seeds +1 tbsp for topping
1 cup (preferably vanilla flavoured) plant-based milk
2 tbsp vanilla skyr or greek or oat yogurt + a bit of extra to top the pudding
1 tbsp Feel Iceland Amino Marine Collagen powder
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
1/2 -1 tsp quality matcha powder

〰️ Method
1 - Mix everything well in a bowl and divide between two sealable glasses or jars.
2 - Close the containers tightly and shake for 10-20 seconds.
3 - Top with extra skyr or yogurt, some hemp seeds and some Matcha powder
4 - Place back in the fridge for a few hours or overnight.
5 - Enjoy the wonderful puddings !
