✨ Frozen Banana & Yoghurt Bites with Collagen ✨

〰️ Ingredients
1 banana
1/2 can (100g) of lactose-free Greek yogurt, e.g. strawberry & vanilla flavoured
1 tbsp Feel Iceland marine collagen powder
40g dark chocolate
2 tbsp hemp seed

〰️ Method
1 - Melt the chocolate over a water bath.
2 - Slice the banana and place the slices on baking paper. Take a glass and crush the slices slightly, so that they flatten out.
3 - Mix collagen powder well with the greek yoghurt. Spread the yogurt over the banana slices.
4 - Spread the melted chocolate over the slices and top with some hemp seeds.
5 - Place in the freezer for up to 2 hours, and enjoy !

〰️ Orange, Pistachio & Collagen (Overnight) Oats 〰️

1 cup oatmeal
3/4 cup milk of your choice
1/2 cup pear & vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup pistachios, roughly chopped
(plus a little more for garnish)
1/2 orange, freshly squeezed (2 tbsp) + zest
1 tbsp Feel Iceland marine collagen powder
1 tbsp honey or other natural sweetener
a dash of sea salt

〰️ Method
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl (except the orange peel).
- Pour in two glasses and top with more than 1/2 cup of extra pear & vanilla yogurt, and a little orange peel.
- Cover and refrigerate for a few minutes or overnight.
- Enjoy your fresh & wonderful breakfast 💫

World Water Day 💧At Feel Iceland, we encourage to drink water throughout the day 〰️ here we’ve put together a wonderful warm morning drink to start the day. 💫

As the health benefits of collagen are best ensured by consuming a plenty of water as well as Vitamin C, here’s a simple recipe to make the perfect hot collagen water:

🍋🍃 Soothing & Energizing Hot Collagen Water

· 1 large glass of hot/warm water
· 1 scoop of Feel Iceland collagen powder
· 2 tsp chia seeds
· ½ lemon (juice) and a slice to drop in the glass
· ½-1 tsp grated ginger
· 1/4 -1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
· Mint leaves (optional)

〰️ Method
- Heat the water and pour into a glass, add collagen powder and chia seeds, stir well and let it cool slightly.
- Add the rest of the ingredients. You may mix them in a blender, however it’s not necessary at all.
- Serve in a beautiful glass, with a slice of lemon and mint leaves.

Natural & Delicious No-bake Matcha & Collagen Sweets 💫

3 cups coconut flour
1 cup almond flour
1 - 2 tbsp Feel Iceland collagen powder
1/3 cup liquid coconut oil
1/3 - 1/2 cup liquid sweetener e.g. Acacia honey or maple syrup
1/2 - 1 tbsp of quality Matcha tea
1 teaspoon vanilla
A dash of salt
Optional: top with melted quality chocolate

1 — Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
2 — Roll tablespoons of mixture into small balls and dip each one in the coconut until fully covered.
The dough can also be simplified; spread it on a baking paper and freeze, then cut into pieces and store in the freezer.

" Everest Summit 2021, 24th May - - Everest was everything but easy on us, we decided to leave early, stay focused and be efficient the whole way. No matter what time or view we would reach. It took us 8h to climb, we got on top in absolutely otherworldly conditions. Red moon, frozen alpine glow in the sunlight and winds picking up ... freezing all our electronics & we pretty much had the mountain to our self.

The climb itself was like we knew, hard work - - I will tell you all about it later but I’m proud, I’m touched by the support (it really touched me by the heart) and I’m safe in basecamp recovering from sickness I developed on the mountain.

Loads of love to you all, after pushing your body to the limit of the soul I feel the riches man in the world to have the community like this to share my emotions with. "

〰️ Base
2 eggs
1/2 cup vanilla and coconut yogurt
1/2 cup vanilla milk
1/3 cup acacia honey
1/4 cup coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup almond flour
2 cups oatmeal
1 tbsp @feeliceland collagen powder
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda

〰️ Apple top
3 organic apples cut into small cubes
1 tbsp acacia honey
10 dates, cut into pieces
1 tsp cinnamon

〰️ Method
- Prepare the apple top; place ingredients on a pan and
heat on medium heat for about 15 min.
- Heat the oven to 180 degrees.
- While the apples and dates are cooking, mix all the dry
ingredients together in a bowl and stir.
- Add the liquid ingredients to the dry mixture and stir well.
- Pour into a tin loaf and pour the apple top on top.
Place the tin loaf in the oven and bake for approximately
35 - 45 minutes. Let it cool down.

→ Serve the wonderful apple pie with whipped cream or vanilla and coconut yogurt & enjoy ! ✨
