" Upphaflega byrjaði ég að taka Feel Iceland kollagen til þess að byggja upp þarmana eftir ráðleggingar frá lækni og fann mikinn mun. Áður var ég alltaf með útþaninn kvið og viðkvæm við ýmiss konar mat en það hefur lagast mikið eftir að ég byrjaði að taka það inn.

1 ½- 2 bollar nýkreistur greipaldinsafi/appelsínusafi
½ - 1 tsk rifið engifer
1 msk Feel Iceland Amino Marine Collagen duft
½ -1 msk fljótandi sæta (valfrjálst)
½ bolli sódavatn
1 grein af rósmarín
½ bolli klakar

Aðferð
1 - Blandið greipaldinsafanum, engiferi og sætu við kollagen duftið í glasi og notið lítinn þeytara (e. frother) til að blanda vel saman
2 - Setjið klaka og frosin trönuber í falleg glös, setjið blönduna úr skrefi 1 í glösin og fyllið svo restina af glösunum með sódavatni. Toppið með rósmarín.
